GOODS RETURN POLICY
Should an occasion arise when you must
return goods to Safety Direct, please follow the procedures below:
a) Prior to returning goods you must
obtain a Returns Materials Authorisation (RMA) number from our customer service
department by email to [email protected]
b) The return is authorised once the (RMA)
is issued. You should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is
your responsibility to ensure the goods are packed properly so as to reach us
in a safe and satisfactory condition. We recommend you take out insurance cover
and that the goods are sent by reputable carrier, who can provide traceable
delivery status. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in
transit or their failure to arrive at their intended destination.
c) The assigned RMA number must be
clearly marked on the paperwork and parcels being returned, otherwise they
cannot be accepted on arrival and will be returned to the customer at their
cost.
d) Safety Direct reserve the right to
charge a 20% restocking charge for any goods being returned which is of no
fault of Safety Direct. Customer Specific parts or modified standard equipment
cannot be returned under any circumstances.
